FreewareMarks.com allows you to keep a social list of freeware/open source software you use, and see/rate other people's posts (The site also supports RSS feeds).

After you sign up, you can add programs (link to the homepage, description, screenshot) to the public list, and browse/rate freeware/open source applications submitted by others. You can view anyone else's posts, and they can view yours. You can add users to your buddy list, and easily track theirs favorite applications. You earn a point for every freeware application you submit.

Using the site is easy: register -> surf -> submit -> browse -> rate -> surf... etc :). If you like it, spread the word: Invite your friends/colleagues

Please submit only applications under freeware,open source or equivalent licence and search before submit - if the software is already in the list, you can rate or comment it, but one URL can be submitted only one time.
